Software contibutions and patches

During the last few years I wrote some patches for various projects and some FreeBSD ports. Some of them have been accepted by the authors. A short list: Freesbie, Ethereal, Gpsdrive, KPhotoAlbum, NAS, FreeBSD device driver for the Cisco Aironet 802.11 PCMCIA cards, ...

There are MANY things better that computers and computer science (and I love my job and I have a master in CS). Among them is art. Don't know what to do? Go see an art museum and dream with your open eyes. Bring with you a piece of paper, a pencil or watercolors and draw what you feel.

Visit the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art (SFMOMA), the Barcelona Museum of Modern Art (MACBA), the Centre Pompidou in Paris, the Chicago Museum of Contemporary Art, the Amsterdam Stedelijk Museum of Contemporary Art, the Rivoli Museum of Contemporary Art in Italy, the Maeght Foundation in Vance France, the Tate Modern in London, the Musée d'art contemporain de Montréal (MACM) ...

What would be art if we wouldn't preserve and restore it, for ourselves and for the future generations? Have a look at art conservation and restoration.

Sometimes we take democracy or freedom for granted. Don't wait for somebody to steal freedom of the press to defend it.
